Bonus: Planning a larger family vacation? We manage 2 beautiful condos in this 6-unit building—perfect for groups up to 14 people.  One condo has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, and one has 2 bedrooms + den with 2 baths—all with ocean views and private balconies.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
This is a second-floor unit – stairs required (no elevator)
Starter supplies of paper goods, soap, and detergent are provided – guests are responsible for restocking as needed.

City of Oceanside Good Neighborhood Policy
STR Guest Responsibilities: 
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
 4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, ALL BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 60 days BEFORE ARRIVAL WILL REQUIRE THE BOOKER TO  undergo an ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION CHECK within 10 days of first payment or check in. This verification will include photo of credit card,photo of front and back of I.D. and a selfie. 
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS THRESHOLD.  We aso have the right to request verification on any guest solely at our discretion.
