He holds a BA from Michigan State and an MBA from The University of Florida. Tim came to California 8 years ago with previous experience in property management in Florida. He is available around the clock to lease property and is always available to serve his client’s needs. Tim specializes in the marketing of his client’s properties and increasing value through Professional Property management. His aggressive marketing ensures your property stays full at the best price available. Tim pays close attention to the particular needs of each of his clients.
Tom Willenbrink — Director of Operations
Tom is a results driven individual with a proven skill set for directing all facets of Vacation Property Operations. He coordinates & supervises all maintenance technicians, & cleaning crews. Tom graduated from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio with a degree in personnel management. He also spent four years working for a builder in all areas of residential construction and spent 16 years as an assistant manager for Home Depot. For the past 10 years, Tom has owned and managed a handyman service and a business that specializes in restaurant maintenance.
Norm Yoder — Business Consultant Accountant
Norm has 35 years’ experience providing business consultation including: real estate, financial/tax and accounting matters. He attended San Diego State University and Graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS degree in Accounting and Master Degree in Business Taxation.
