Full bath (bath tub, shower and toilet)
Free WI-FI, cable channels for TV thru Cox network
Linens, Bath and beach towels provided
Beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys
Fully equipped kitchen
Wall heater, electric fireplace.
There is NO air conditioning but we have ceiling fans and portable fans
We provide starter paper products (note: we are not re-stocking these products for the guest whole period of stay)
One assigned parking space, and a 24-hours visitor’s parking with permit…. NO BACKING IN! Garage clearance: 6 feet and 4 inches height
Common Areas Amenities:
Laundry area in the building; need laundry card or can be paid by credit card via phone app.
BBQ Area, 2 Pools, Hot tub, Lounge Room, 2 Pool Tables, Gym, Koi Pond, Putting area, lots of green area, and Ping Pong Table.
Gym hours: open daily from 6:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M
Close to fishing on the pier and just a short walk to the Harbor where you can enjoy all the little shops and? delicious? restaurants. Walking distance to Historic Downtown, movies, shopping night life.
Beaches, beaches, and more beaches • The Coaster Train Station is close byer (avoid traffic hassles with non-stop runs from Oside to SD or LA and back) • Many Oceanside Attractions: Farmer's Market, Surf Museum, Harbor, City Pier, Numerous Restaurants and Much More •
